About Our Class
Hello Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to social studies! I look forward to a productive and exciting year.
This year in all social studies classes, students will be reading and analyzing numerous primary and secondary sources, completing many writing assignments and projects, and participating in several group activities throughout the year.
All assignments including classwork and homework will be posted on Google Classroom. Please click your/your student's class period in order to see the calendar of due dates.

45 % - Assessments: minimum 3 per marking period
40 % - Applications: minimum 3 per marking period
5 % - Project-Based Assessment : 1 per marking period
5 % - Independent Practice: homework
5 % - Achieve 3000 : 2 per month
