Welcome to my teacher page! I'm Ms. West, and the 2024-25 school year marks my 12th one here at Memorial Middle School. I teach both Applied Art and Creative Arts classes. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Kean University and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Monmouth University.

My goal as a teacher is to expose my students to a wide variety of art styles and processes, and in doing so I hope to encourage a lifelong love of the arts. I truly believe that through art, we learn vital problem-solving skills that enrich all of our educational experiences and encourage us to always think outside the box.
